Her specialization lies in talent mapping, name generation, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence, honed through her tenure at global executive search firms like Heidrick & Struggles, A.T. Kearney, and KornFerry International, as well as boutique executive job search agencies.

Pat’s extensive industry exposure encompasses a wide array of sectors globally, with a particular focus on executive hospitality search. Prior to venturing into executive search within the hospitality domain, she accumulated nine years of valuable experience in various roles at prestigious organizations such as Arthur Andersen, Xerox, and Florida International University.

In terms of education, Pat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a double major in Marketing and International Business. Additionally, she possesses a Certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies, further enriching her global perspective and expertise. A native of Central America, Pat’s multicultural background and experiences have fueled her passion for travel, fluently speaking English and Spanish, while also engaging in conversational dialogues in Portuguese and French.

Currently based in Miami, Florida, Pat resides with her husband and two young sons, embodying a harmonious balance between her professional accomplishments and personal life.
